Washington Wizards center Thomas Bryant handed off his Los Angeles-area home to a new owner recently. The property closed at $3.7 million. Bryant picked it up a little over a year ago from fellow baller Jordan Clarkson for $3.25 million; the quick flip resulted in a gross profit of just under half a mil.
The 2018-built contemporary cape contains five bedrooms and seven baths. The first level’s shared living space is broken up into formal dining room, living room — which features a hardwood-clad accent wall — and a kitchen and family room with a double island, a second fireplace and recessed built-in shelving. Optional glass opens this common area to the outdoor living space.
The home’s amenities include a home theater. The backyard takes up most of the .4-acre lot, with lawns, footpaths, and a slightly raised table for the pool and pool house, which is currently set up as an indoor lounge; it features a fireplace.
