Having just emerged from a summertime fling in the Mediterranean aboard ship, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are back in Los Angeles, and apparently looking at homes together.
The couple chartered Valerie last month; the 279-foot superyacht came with a rental fee of about a million, and took the pair on a tour of the Saint-Tropez region. And in the spring they took a short-term landward lease; May found the duo staying at a $130K per month home in Miami Beach. TMZ reported that the couple is now cruising Los Angeles in search of more permanent lodgings.
In the midst of all this delirious excitement, Lopez’s Manhattan residence patiently awaits a buyer. The penthouse condo is located in the NoMad neighborhood, and comes with nearly 10,000 sq. ft. of living space, with 6,500 of it occupied by interiors. It is priced at $24.99 million.
The unit contains four bedrooms and eight baths, six of them full. The shared spaces are bright and buoyant, with semi-gloss natural-toned plank hardwood against white walls and ceilings, and multiple sets of French doors opening onto the property’s considerable terrace from the great room; this primary common area also features a skylight. The kitchen was designed by Arclinea.
The master bedroom and master bath both feature French door terrace access as well—the suite’s terrace space is private. A media room with a dedicated bath completes this upper floor. Views from the terraces take in Madison Square Park.
Lopez’s upcoming films include Marry Me, with Owen Wilson, Maluma, and Sarah Silverman, and Shotgun Wedding, with Josh Duhamel, Lenny Kravitz, and Cheech Marin.
