With her renovation project in Newport Beach behind her—she sold it for $5.35 million a few weeks ago, against a $5.5 million ask—HGTV house revision expert Christina Haack has been on something of a buying tear.

This winter, with the Newport house either nearly or entirely completed, Haack picked up a farmhouse in the Nashville area, paying $2.5 million. More recently, she took a trip to Orange County, where she closed on a 2021-built postmodern in Dana Point. Haack plunked down $10.3 million for the residence.

The 6,084 sq. ft. home’s exterior design is inspired by Asian, modern and traditional styles; its glassy façade is centered by a courtyard entryway. The interiors of the house begin with an open-concept shared living area featuring stone accents, wide-plank hardwood, and fold-away glass walls. The five bedrooms and seven baths include a master suite with a marble fireplace accent wall and fold-away glass opening onto views of the Pacific.

The property’s exterior living area is a mix of patio, terrace and deck space. A pool, spa, and fire pit complete the outdoor recreation amenities.

Haack’s current shows include HGTV’s Christina on the Coast.
