Actress Ellen Barkin sold her Manhattan pied-a-terre this summer. The residence in Greenwich Village is located in a co-op building that dates to 1910 and was likely a warehouse prior to its conversion. It appears to have closed at its asking price of $1.795 million.

The 1,825 sq. ft. loft features a massive living area—the space is about 40 feet long from one end of the unit to the other. It’s a two-bedroom layout, with the master and guest rooms situated on opposite ends of the condo.

The interior style is clean; the kitchen is designed with a striking black-and-white scheme, with stainless appliances. The main living area features plank hardwood with a natural look, warming up the living style considerably. Exposed plumbing and support posts are additional features of the design.
