Actress Michelle Pfeiffer and producer David Kelley sold their Los Angeles-area estate this month. The couple picked up the 2019-built, 10,329 square-footer in Pacific Palisades in early 2020, and listed it last month. The home closed at its $25 million ask after less than a month on the market.

The home’s exterior is suggestive of an Italian country house. Landscaping is ecologically friendly, and its succulent plantings and other hardy arid-climate flora put a desert spin on the sunny European evocation. The lot measures in at .36 acres, and overlooks the Riviera Country Club.

There are seven bedrooms and eleven baths in the home, including a master with a fireplace and a set of French doors and windows taking up the bulk of the exterior wall and opening onto a large private terrace with views of the golf course. The bath features a bay window soaking tub as a centerpiece.

The shared living spaces feature rustic elements of European country homes, including exposed beams which appear to be reclaimed and engineered weathering of finishes. The living style’s contemporary dimension is reflected in the fluid progression, openness, and Fleetwood doors that create large indoor/outdoor spaces, as well as a list of amenities that includes a home theater, a wine display room, and an outdoor living area with a zero-edge pool.

Pfeiffer stars in the upcoming Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, with Paul Rudd and Michael Douglas.

Kelley’s upcoming projects include The Lincoln Lawyer, with Neve Campbell, and Nine Perfect Strangers, with Nicole Kidman and Melissa McCarthy.
