NBA free agent Paul Millsap left the Denver Nuggets this year, and he is selling his house in the city in breezy fashion. Millsap listed the property with a $4.5 million ask in the final days of July; it is currently listed in pending status.
The four-bedroom house is located on a 2.26-acre cul-de-sac lot in Cherry Hills. Its overall layout puts two three-bay garages in attached wing-like structures that jut out herringbone-style from the two-level residence.
The home’s heavy use of stone as an exterior accent material carries through into the living areas, but this house is far from rustic. By turns moody and texturally adventurous, there are a lot of beiges and greys at work, as well as contemporary lighting atmospherics, gas fireplaces, and industrial and modern design elements.
Amenities in this 14,400 sq. ft. house begin with an indoor basketball half-court. The list continues with a kitchen with a butler’s pantry, a large master with a bath featuring an oversized tub, a game room, a library, a gym, and maid’s quarters. In the back of the home, a large second-floor deck overlooks the back yard.
Millsap’s contracts with the Nuggets over the past four years add up to $100 million.
