Investor and television personality Robert Herjavec acquired a desirable pied-a-terre in Manhattan this summer; the 6,240 sq. ft. condo in Midtown’s One57 building closed at $34.5 million. Last summer, the four-bedroom property was listed with a $45 million asking price. The seller didn’t fare too well in the deal; according to The Wall Street Journal, the full-floor condo was purchased for $47.37 million six years ago.

The residence’s interiors span 6,240 sq. ft. The shared spaces culminate in a 57 foot long great room, a space enhanced by walls of oversize windows and dramatically contrasted chevron-pattern hardwood floors.

Further distinguishing the unit is a protracted entry that progresses through a private landing, a foyer, and an expansive gallery. A kitchen with a large dayroom and a 1,500 sq. ft. master suite with a glassy 30 foot wide bedroom, twin baths, and a dressing room are other notable amenities of the flat.

Materials at work in this property include Venetian plaster, plentiful natural stone — including a hand-carved marble tub in the master bath, and a travertine-clad guest room bath — and custom wallpaper.

Herjavec’s other residential acquisitions in the past few years include a Newport Beach waterfront retreat, for which the Shark Tank personality paid $8 million in 2018.
