Mirage’s $100M Ventriloquist Terry Fator Lists Las Vegas Home for $4.5M

America’s Got Talent million-dollar prize-winner Terry Fator listed his stone-accented Mediterranean-style in Las Vegas on the open market last month with a $4.5 million asking price. The former Mirage headliner appears to be defecting to the East Coast.

Fator’s home — he’s owned it since the middle of the last decade — contains four bedrooms and seven baths across 8,093 sq. ft. of interior living space.

The common area voices scale and authenticity, with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace accent wall and floors of reclaimed French oak, clay and stone tile in the double height main living area; exposed ceiling trussing and hardware, colonial light fixtures, stone accents, and carved and chiseled detailing also catch the eye, and a colonnade hallway with groin vaulting can be spotted.

Amenities in this home include a U-shaped wet bar — which straddles two rooms — a double-island kitchen, an office and library, a spa room in the style of a Roman bath, and a billiards room.

The courtyard is decorated with a water feature and outdoor fireplace, and transitions to the rear recreation area: loggias, outdoor kitchen, and oasis-like stone-bordered pool with waterfall.

Fator signed a five-year, $100 million with The Mirage in Las Vegas after winning America’s Got Talent. The contract had since been extended. Fator’s newest show, titled Who’s the Dummy Now?, is taking place at the New York-New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
