Univision host and television personality Don Francisco sold his lavish Miami Beach estate this month. The sale came in over ask, closing at $23.75 million against a $20 million listing price.

The Greek Revival-style home sits on a 1.23 acre lot on Indian Creek Island, a gated golf community in Biscayne Bay. The house contains six bedrooms and eight baths, with amenities including a library and a wine cellar. The rear of the residence features an extensive array of glass, with views taking in the pool, patio, outdoor dining area, and pool house, and the Intracoastal Waterway and private dock in the near distance.

Other notable transactions to take place on the island recently include Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump’s purchase of a lavish spread for $24 million.
