Tommy Hilfiger picked up yet another waterfront property in Florida this summer. The fashion designer and his wife Dee just finished signing papers to take ownership of a three-bedroom villa in Palm Beach; the duo added the 5,047 sq. ft. villa to their residential portfolio for $21 million.
That acquisition, carried out in June, was followed up by the couple’s purchase of this mansion on a three-acre stretch of land in Palm Beach this month, according to The Wall Street Journal. The sale ran them $46.25 million, every penny and then some of the closing proceeds they received from the February sale of Round Hill, their carefully restored estate in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Tommy and Dee Hilfiger also purchased a smaller house in Palm Beach this year for $9 million. Their Miami-area pop-art extravaganza spent over four years on the market; last month, it sold for $24 million.
