Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner are the new owners of a second property at the exlusive ‘Billionaire Bunker’ in the Miami area. The house on Indian Creek Island measures 8,510 sq. ft. and contains six bedrooms and nine baths. The couple grabbed their first property in the neighborhood—a plot of land—late last year, paying $31.8 million for the privilege. They reportedly leased a condo in Miami Beach shortly thereafter.

The latest addition to their portfolio dates to 1994, and features neoclassical architecture. It’s staid exterior architecture is reflected by a coolly atmospheric contemporary interior living style. Forcefully opulent, the foyer is expressed as pure glitz: a massive dome ceiling rimmed with a milled molding, a shimmering chandelier, a double staircase, and a wrap-around upper gallery.

The master suite is decked out with a French-style gas fireplace in the bedroom and a huge, marble-clad bath with an attached dressing room with casement windows opening to the grounds and a pair of walk-in closets. Other amenities in this home include an entertainment and media room with a large screen, an office clad in wood paneling, and a fitness room.

The grounds extend to 1.26 acres, with landscaping designed in the romantic style, with manicured hedges and tropical plantings arranged around a large central swimming pool; the waterfront lot terminates on one side with a deep water dock that can accommodate large yachts. The house is one of 36 on Indian Creek Island, a resort community which is designed with an 18-hole golf course.
