The sale of their house in Phoenix brought a long story to an end for now-previous owners Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz.

The couple first listed the Camelback Mountain retreat back in 2016, seeing it through a number of price cuts that took it from $3.85 million to $3.199 million, before removing it from the market for a few years. In October of last year, the property returned to the market at $3.399 million, finally finding a buyer who closed on it recently for $3.1 million.

The 2001-built desert contemporary features a gracefully subdued living style. The exterior architecture has the windswept look of the local landscape, which translates to the interiors, where sculpted lines give the interiors an element of naturalism that brings a thoughtful dimension to what might otherwise have been a chilly luxe modernity.

Amenities in the four-bed, 7,050 sq. ft. house include an elevator, an 800-bottle wine cellar, an entertainment and media room with a wet bar, a spa, and a multi-level outdoor living area with patios, terraces, a pool, a spa, and a dining area.

Keys’ most recent studio album release is 2020’s Alicia. She’ll be embarking on a world tour in support of the album in 2022.
