Retired NBA player Kevin Garnett recently sold his property in Malibu. The former Minnesota and Boston hero was in the real estate news back in 2018 when he listed the residence-in-progress for $19.9 million. This summer the 7-acre property—cobbled together from three original parcels—found a new owner for $16 million.

The residence is a partially-completed 11,000 sq. ft. house. It appears to be designed in the modern style, with three stories of living space.

The new owner will have considerable latitude in making the house their own. The unusually large lot size for Malibu allows for considerable privacy, and the land is enhanced by a large lawn, mature trees and excellent ocean views. A swimming pool and spa are located in the back of the property.
