Brabus will only make 25 of the 900 Rocket Edition Mercedes G63-based vehicles. The suburban supercar is something of a super-Brabus: it packs enormous power, and many of the components and features for which the German tuning company is noted. It also puts a new focus on their Rocket Program, the upper tier of their catalog.
That means Widestar, to all who know Brabus and its performance designs. The body package now includes a new aero kit: all-carbon front spoiler, side flaps, and a roof-mounted wing and diffuser in back. Carbon fiber trim across the exterior are also included, as well as a full-carbon hood.
For power, the revised G-Class has — you guess it — around 900 horsepower to boast of, with torque coming in at 1,250 Nm, or 922 lb-ft. The power comes by way of Brabus’ V8 birturbo. The G-Rocket can hit 62 MPH in 3.7 seconds. A new Brabus stainless exhaust system with active valves and sound management, Brabus’ ‘Ride Control’ suspension, and 24-inch monoblock wheels with ‘Aero Discs’ are also part of the overall tuning job.
Exterior color choices for the limited 900 Rocket are Stealth Gray and Signature Black.
