Pop star Miley Cyrus sold her Hidden Hills property recently. The performer accepted an offer of $7.2 million for the house, which she purchased last summer for $5 million.
The flip follows another conducted by Cyrus in the equestrian-oriented community. Back in 2015, she purchased a little ranch in Hidden Hills for around $5 million, selling it about three years later for the same amount.
The property in question today is a 6,000 sq. ft. house on 1.2 acres. The home was built in the 1950s, and has been heavily renovated. The exterior of the house has been given a coat of soft white paint, with black trim giving it a classic look. The interiors have been treated to gloss-free wide-plank hardwood, newer light fixtures, and new tile and textures in the kitchen and baths.
The outdoor living area is a two-tiered affair, with a dining and sitting area up above and, below, a freeform pool, a large patio, and a covered outdoor kitchen. A footpath leads up the hillside to the property’s paddock.
Cyrus’ other real estate adventures of recent years include a well-appointed Tennessee farmhouse she purchased in 2017, and a Malibu residence she sold in the spring of 2020.
Cyrus scored three chart-topping albums as Disney character Hannah Montana, but the hits didn’t stop as she transitioned to her real identity. Every studio album she has released—bar one experimental—landed in the top five of the Billboard 200 chart, with three reaching the No. 1 position. Cyrus has sold over 100 million records.
