While dad David has been occupied with things Maserati—this week found the retired soccer star getting to know the MC20, the Italian automaker’s current top dog—his son Brooklyn, a model, was attending a closing in the Beverly Hills Post Office area. The young model and photographer signed on the line with actress fiancee Nicola Peltz to take ownership of a well-appointed residence.
The 7,700 sq. ft. modern-style home was completed last year. It contains five bedrooms and at least six baths. The abode boasts interiors with unusually high ceilings, plentiful glass, glossy floors, textures galore, and occasional rustic elements that include stained plank and stacked stone.
The most compelling feature of this newer build is the series of outdoor terraces and balconies, protected by glass balustrades; they pop up frequently and lend immediate intimacy potential to the various shared and private spaces. Amenities emphasize the intersection of spiritual and physiological health, and include a dry sauna, steam room, yoga studio and gym, a massage room, and juice bar.
