Henrik Fisker delved into the hills above Sunset this spring and came up with a 2015-built modern. The automotive-industry billionaire dropped $21.75 million on the hillside villa, which is built into a hillside on a cul-de-sac lot, and spans three levels.

Fisker is one of the most talented designers in the automotive world.
