Gary ‘Baba Booey’ Dell’Abate, the longtime producer of Howard Stern’s radio and television programs, recently listed his farmhouse in Greenwich with a $3.195 million ask. It promptly attracted interest. Public records indicate Dellabate had the home custom-built; it was completed in 2007.
The home features a large covered porch in front. The interiors are as comfortably, familiarly traditional: sash windows, French doors, plank oak floors with the occasional inlay flourish and semi-gloss finish, off-white and neutral walls and ceilings. Highlights include the office, the lounge/bar, and the kitchen and dayroom. The master suite — with its huge walk in closet — and the great room are located on the second floor.
The grounds extend to an acre. An elevated flagstone patio overlooks the back forty.
