Rapper Polo G has a new home in Chatsworth in which to hang his hat. The 10,825 square-footer necessitated an investment of $4.885 million. The key word here is scale: outside and inside, this is a big contemporary Mediterranean.
Inside first. 10,825 sq. ft., with six bedrooms and eight baths. The home begins with a double-height foyer with a second-level gallery overlook. But the focus is the living room slash great room; a cavernous space, with French doors flanking the fireplace, a porcelain floor, a wet bar and clerestory windows. Upstairs, antiqued hardwood is used. The master bedroom boasts a curved exterior wall.
The exterior architecture is similarly expansive. The façade sports a quartet of balconies; in back, a loggia and a large patio and pool area, a massive second-floor terrace, and a tennis court.
Polo G’s third studio album, titled Hall of Fame, was released only a few days ago; it promptly shot to the top of the Billboard 200 chart. The previous album, titled The Goat, reached the number two position.
