SNL alumnus and actor Kevin Nealon and his wife, comedian Susan Yeagley, have listed their most recent residence in Pacific Palisades for $5 million.

During the last decade, Yeagley and Nealon owned a Georgian in Pac Pal. The couple picked up that home in 2010, for $3.45 million, and passed it on to a new owner in 2019. Their newer house in the seaside city is a Spanish Colonial Revival-inspired 5,444 square-footer that dates to 2019. They closed on it within days of selling the Georgian, and were its first owners.

From the street, the five-bedroom house sets up a strong Colonial atmosphere—with an incorporated garage putting it firmly in upper-class suburbia. In back, a lengthy loggia defines the outdoor living style, with the requisite pool occupying much of the back yard; terra-cotta tile features heavily here, as well as inside the home.

The home’s interiors are more contemporary, with pale wide-plank oak, exposed ceiling timber given a gray treatment among the details; in the living room, a fireplace with a tile surround and a timber mantel bring some engineered rusticity to the living style. The common area opens via a Fleetwood and a series of fold-away glass doors to a courtyard, and this is the heart of the home. It’s a beaut, with a fireplace and more earth-toned tile contributing to the space’s headily romantic atmosphere.
