TV personality Lilly Ghalichi opted to list a residence in Bel-Air this spring. The Shahs of Sunset cast member is asking $15.995 million for the 2003-built, 13,377 sq. ft. home she purchased from Kathy Griffin.

There are eight bedrooms and at least eleven baths across the two levels of the house. Interiors include both period-evoking and contemporary design features, with wrought iron used for the staircase balustrades, semi-gloss hardwood or tile flooring, and recessed light fixtures among the details. A dual-island kitchen with a butler’s pantry, and a master with a large private balcony and his and hers baths are the standouts.

The house is something of an architectural mix, as it’s a contemporary take on a French Mediterranean country home; details include a flat tile roof, and a façade featuring ten balconies with glass balustrades, French doors and a double-door entry preceded by poured concrete front steps.

Ghalichi’s recent real estate acquisitions include the purchase of Lee Iacocca’s Bel Air manse for $19.5 million.
