Actress Eve Plumb, who played the part of Jan in the 1970s family sitcom The Brady Bunch, has put her pied-a-terre condo on the Upper East Side of Manhattan up for sale for $1.795 million.

The 1,225 sq. ft. two-and-two is located in Lenox Hill; the building, which rises 31 stories above terra firma, opened in 1985. The unit is one of 110.

Inside the flat, an open-concept living area with corner glass and dark-stained wide-plank oak floors takes center stage. The space offers good views of the city—this is an upper-floor residence—and incorporates a galley kitchen with a tile floor and a warm-toned granite countertop; a glass door opens from the indoor living area to an outdoor balcony.

The hardwood continues into the bedrooms, including the master, which features private access to the balcony. Currently, the layout purposes the second bedroom as an office, but both bedrooms are en-suite.
