In the final days of May, Gabrielle Union and Dwayne Wade passed this Los Angeles home on to a new owner, taking $5.5 million for it. The actress and retired NBA star paid $6 million for the Sherman Oaks property back in 2018 .They listed it at a buck under $6 million during the high summer of last year; they dropped the price to $5.7 million in April, helping to stimulate the sale.
