While Channing Tatum recently picked up a postcard-ready Mandeville Canyon residence this spring, and Jenna Dewan got herself a posh pad of her own, the ex-couple are also shedding the six-bedroom, one acre estate in Beverly Hills they purchased together back in 2015. The property moved into contingent status in the final days of May; it had been priced at $6 million, and spent only days on the market.
The shingled Northeast traditional-with-ranch-extension house boasts a couple of grand spaces. The reclaimed wood-clad entertainment room with wet bar is the one; it’s a laid-back, earthy spot to host. The home’s main living space is the other. It opens to a wraparound deck via glass-pane French sliding doors, and features an abrupt ceiling break that brings the ceiling to the upper floor and is illuminated by a multi-pane picture window.
Additional details include an outdoor living area with a stone-rimmed freeform pool and a pergola lounge with a fireplace. There are four guest rooms on the property, as well as a detached studio that brings the total interior measurement to 4,853 sq. ft.
Tatum’s upcoming projects include The Lost City of D, with Sandra bullock, Oscar Nunez, and Daniel Radcliffe. He’s also producing, directing, and starring in Dog, a comedy film. Dewan’s recent film releases include 2019’s Berlin, I Love You, with Helen Mirren, Keira Knightley, Mickey Rourke, and Diego Luna.
