Eric Trump recently purchased a luxe Florida spread. The property in Jupiter closed back in March at $3.2 million.

The Mediterranean-style property is situated within the Trump National Golf Club, a gated community. The house contains four bedrooms and five baths—with a double-master suite accommodations layout—and living space on the little estate measures in at 7,715 sq. ft., making it the largest in the community.

The house features a contemporary interior with double-height ceilings—given a coffered treatment—as well as diagonal marble tile floors and Venetian plaster walls. Light fixtures were custom made for the home. The high-end kitchen features SubZero, Wolf and other notable major appliance brands.

The outdoor living space on this property, which is designed in the mode of a Tuscan estate, features a patio with an outdoor kitchen, and a pool with a cabana bath.

Earlier this year, Donald Trump Jr. acquired a decidedly upscale compound in Jupiter for $9.7 million.

The Trump brother aren’t in buying mode only-they’re also selling. Their Palm Beach mansion hit the market earlier this year for $49 million.
