Bentley introduced the new version of the Continental GT Speed hardtop and convertible last month. For 2022, the gutsy luxury car has been rendered a bit more powerful, with updated tech for performance and creature comfort.

To usher in the new model year for the top tourer, Bentley recently took the hardtop version for a spin at legendary British racing course Silverstone. A dedicated page on Bentley’s website is loaded with various videos examining the car’s performance, with engineers and drivers discussing the car’s tech and putting it through its paces.

The 2022 Continental GT Speed gets 650 horsepower out of its 6.0L V12, and that’s enough to propel the very heavy car from 0-60 MPH in 3.5 seconds; not a huge improvement, but the Speed’s rear-wheel steering delivers better performance.

The ragtop adds a tenth of a second to the 0-60 time.
