The Calabasas home Selena Gomez sold to French Montana back in 2017 has returned to the open market this spring with a price cut that makes it even more attractive: it is now priced at $4.999 million, down from Montana’s original ask of $6.6 million, which was set in January of 2020.

The six bedrooms and seven baths on the Tuscany-inspired property are divided between the main house and guest house, with the guest house getting one bedroom and a pair of baths. The main house features a long list of amenities, including a recording studio, a gym, a full bar, and a wine cellar.
