The Calabasas home Selena Gomez sold to French Montana back in 2017 has returned to the open market this spring with a price cut that makes it even more attractive: it is now priced at $4.999 million, down from Montana’s original ask of $6.6 million, which was set in January of 2020.
The six bedrooms and seven baths on the Tuscany-inspired property are divided between the main house and guest house, with the guest house getting one bedroom and a pair of baths. The main house features a long list of amenities, including a recording studio, a gym, a full bar, and a wine cellar. The interior living style is moody and slick, with the remarkable stairwell chandelier acting as a current centerpiece.
The property’s 3.14 acres of grounds are filled out with an outdoor kitchen — with a pizza oven — transitioning to a backyard recreation area with a pool, spa and cabana.
This past winter, Montana invested in a wide-open, 1989-built home in Hidden Hills; the seller was Clippers player Paul George, and the agreed-upon price $8.4 million.
