The latest from German tuning firm Brabus is an uncharacteristically understated treatment for the new Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
Brabus focused on performance for this package. The mild-hybrid 3L S500 moves up to 493 HP and 435 lb-ft, and can hit 62 in 4.9 seconds—two-tenths quicker than stock. Other engine option adjustments are available.
The car’s exterior is refreshed with a set of air intake surrounds, a new front spoiler, and a new trunk lid spoiler; a set of LED markers are added to the profile. Wheel options include 19-inch, 20-inch, and 21-inch aluminum rims.
The Brabus-enhanced interior of the new S-Class features carbon fiber trim, black and off-white leather, and chromed switches.
