In the middle of the winter, Greg Norman’s ranch in Colorado sold for $40 million after about five years on the market. The golf legend fared better with his estate in Florida; the Jupiter Island property was listed and sold in about a month, entering the market at $59.9 million and exiting at $55 million.
Norman opted to downsize to a more manageable estate this spring. The property is another Florida residence, but came with a premium of just $12.2 million. The interiors of the Palm Beach Gardens property measure in at 11,837 sq. ft., and there are six bedrooms and at least seven baths throughout.
Being a golfer, Norman likes space, and though the acreage in this case is but a fraction of the Colorado property, it measures in at a respectable 2.09. The laid-back Mediterranean sports a tile roof, loggias, a second-floor balcony, and an outdoor living and dining area. The pool complex is a big one, and incorporates satellites—a cabana, covered spa, and pool house—in its design.
