Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle are the new owners of a luxe Florida spread. The couple just finished selling their Hamptons property; that home closed and went to its new buyer last month. The 9,200 sq. ft. house on 3.9 acres sold for $8.1 million.

The pair’s new property is located in Jupiter; the couple closed on it for $9.7 million. It’s a 1995 build that has seen substantial recent renovation. It’s a grandiose design, with soaring glass, stone exterior walls, and plentiful outdoor space. Highlights of this two-level house’s exterior living style include the second-floor terrace, and the loggia overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. An infinity-edge pool with a cabana is the centerpiece of the stone patio complex which features a step-down sun deck and ambient lighting.

The house’s interiors measure in at 11,270 sq. ft. It contains six bedrooms and at least six baths. Amenities are generously proportioned, and include a fitness studio and spa overlooking the waterway, the wood-paneled library slash office with rail ladder and abundant built-in shelving, and a kitchen with a curving breakfast and snack bar and a wood-capped island.

But the blue ribbon space of the home’s interior living area is undoubtedly the great room, a cavernous space which features a double-height ceiling and a series of large windows high in the upper floor wall, as well as lounging and dining spaces and a wet bar in its multi-level design.

Donald Trump Jr. and brother Eric recently listed another Florida property, that one in Palm Beach, for $49 million.
