Newly traded Colts quarterback Carson Wentz is selling his home in Woodstown, New Jersey, for sale for $1.7 million. The mixed architectural went up in 1995, and is being offered with an optional additional property—a 23-acre farm. The property hit the market earlier this month and attracted an offer in less than two weeks.
The 7,408 square-footer contains five bedrooms and five baths. Its exterior features include stone accents and a marvelously varied roofline; its attached three-bay garage sports barn doors.
Inside the house, an incredibly open feel predominates. The shared living areas begin with a double-height foyer illuminated by a second-floor dormer window and gallery. Styles mix modern-style industrial, rustic, barn, and traditional elements. The kitchen sports a copper-finished farmhouse sink and large granite tops.
A stone fireplace anchors the living room, and the gray wide-plank flooring and warm-toned custom bannisters add variety to the home’s natural tones. Amenities include a master bedroom with a spa shower in its en-suite bath, as well a wet bar, theater and gym. Outside, the living area is outfitted with a kitchen and a heated pool.
Wentz won the Super Bowl with the Eagles in 2017.
