Bella Hadid’s 3,000 sq. ft. Manhattan condo appeared on the open market last week. The SoHo residence is located in the Cast Iron district, and is one of 14 units in the building; the conversion was quite recent—it was completed in 2016.

The conversion was beautifully designed. The duplex in question follows the style, keeping many of the original details of the building intact. Highlights include the scalloped brick ceilings throughout the property and the exposed steel and ventilation in the loft-style main living area; the kitchen sports a marble double-waterfall island.

There are five rooms in the unit, leaving much of the available 2, 180 sq. ft. of interior space for the downstairs common area. Up the gradual gradient of a long industrial-style floating staircase are the two bedrooms, including a master with a dual-vanity bath. The outdoor terrace adds 779 sq. ft. to the total living area, and offers fine city views to boot.
