The house is a complete rebuild. The property sold in early 2016 for $4.3 million, and entered the market again last July at $16.5 million. The new construction added nearly 2,000 sq. ft. of living space to the home that originally occupied the lot, according to listings that show it before and after its transformation. The original house was a 1938-built traditional with exterior flourishes in red brick.
