Ski champion Lindsey Vonn and hockey gold-medalist P.K. Subban recently called off their engagement, and they have some real estate they would like to sell.
The pair picked up this heavily renovated 1958-built rambler in Beverly Hills in April of 2020, dropping $6.8 million at the closing. They listed it recently at $7.175 million.
The renovations conducted to the home—almost certainly conducted post-2017, when it sold for $3.9 million—occasionally brush the extraordinary. The effect is flashy over soulful, with visuals including the sympathetic wood grain that pops up between the plank flooring and the custom kitchen cabinetry. But this postmodern residence’s most compelling statement may be the forceful façade, which recollects classical architecture, specifically that of a Roman temple.
Amenities begin with the semi-courtyard outdoor living area, where a pool, fire pit, outdoor kitchen with BBQ installation, and spa launch entertainment possibilities, but they don’t end there. A Crestron system, Lifesource water filtration system, and Tesla charger all sweeten the deal.
