Actress Lily Collins parted with her Beverly Hills home this winter. The Emily in Paris star accepted an offer of $13.5 million for the Hollywood Regency-style, according to public records.
If you like the L.A.-area Regency style, you probably guessed that this home was designed by John Elgin Woolf, as it bears resemblance to the famous home in the 90210 that once housed both Elvis and Zsa Zsa Gabor, and sold three times between 2017 and 2020. That Woolf house fetched $16 million just before last Christmas, escaping the wrecking ball at the hands of savior Robert Friedland.
This Woolf house measures 5,066 sq. ft. and contains four bedrooms. It features inlaid oak floors, built-ins a-plenty, and a private and deliciously green glade of a back 40 with a tennis court and a large upper terrace. It also features a circular foyer—much like the Elvis/Gabor home—that opens up the home’s possibilities beautifully, and is in this case finished in a broad and boldly verdant wall covering.
