MLB pitcher David Price sewed up the sale of his Florida estate recently. The World Series champ accepted an offer of $4.5 million for the estate, which occupies about half an acre of land on the Greg Norman and Peter Dye course in Naples.
The interiors of this newer Florida Mediterranean measure 6,600 sq. ft. Its living style is expressed in warm and neutral tones, with glossy marble tile or matte-finished plank hardwood floors, and backlit tray or concept ceilings.
The common living area is very open, with a catering-ready kitchen with two islands and pocketing glass opening to the patio. There are four bedrooms in this home, including a grand master with a crystal chandelier and a marble-clad bath.
The outdoor living area features a pool with jets and a large sunlounge overlooking the fourteenth hole.
