Brit Hume is decamping greater D.C. for a pasture new, and to that end handed over the keys to his condo in Arlington this winter in exchange for $1.7 million. According to public records, the sale can be filed in the break-even category; Hume purchased the property in the Weslie in the late autumn of 2012 for $1.7 million.

The unit contains three bedrooms and three baths. Its shared living space is essentially open, but for an accent wall standing between the kitchen and dining room, which is paneled in natural-toned hardwood which looks like white oak. The living room features a set of dark red built-in shelving units on opposing walls, and opens to a terrace that overlooks the Potomac and a series of monuments and bridges.

Living areas in the condo measure a little more than 2,100 sq. ft. The unit was sold with garage parking, outdoor guest parking, and a gym.
