This month, Rosario Dawson sold her home in Marina Del Rey for $2.3 million. The actress had owned the home since 2015, according to public records.

The house is located just a hop, skip and jump from Venice Beach. It spans about 2,500 sq. ft. and contains three bedrooms. Interiors have been renovated fairly recently, and feature wide-plank hardwood floors in a natural-toned satin finish and bright white walls and ceilings.

Standout spaces include the kitchen and dayroom and the master bedroom, which features a vaulted ceiling and a fireplace. Outside, a balcony and a rooftop deck take in the local landscape, and the greater environ of this very private and quiet corner of the city.

Dawson is currently a judge on talent show Go-Big Show.
