New to the market this winter is one of the pricier estates in Beverly Hills. The property is currently owned by Sylvester Stallone, but he’d be happy to sign it over to you for $110 million.
The listing comes hot on the heels of Stallone’s most recent major residential real estate purchase, a $35.4 million estate in Palm Beach that’s designed in what might be described the ‘old Florida’ style: a stucco mansion sporting Colonial Caribbean architecture amid jungly landscaping.
The house going up for sale has been the main residence of Stallone and co. since the 1990s. The action star had the mansion custom built on nearly four acres in Beverly Park, and designed to offer residents a comprehensively luxurious living style; the amenities across the property are impressive.
The main house is a 21,000 sq. ft. affair with mixed Mediterranean architecture. Highlights of the home include a family movie room, and an entertainment and family room with a full bar. The 1:1 scale statue of Stallone’s most interesting creative expression, the character of Rocky Balboa, receives a place of honor in the interiors.
Stallone’s upcoming projects include superhero thriller Samaritan. He’s also slated to star in The Suicide Squad, with Margot Robbie, Idris Elba, John Cena, and Viola Davis.
