Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have taken a lease on this condo in Miami Beach, according to the Wall Street Journal. The unit is located in the Arte Surfside complex, a sixteen-unit development designed by Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel that was completed last year.
Arte is a gracefully shaped, glassy waterfront building. It was designed with the Riviera lifestyle in mind. Units currently for sale in the building begin in the mid seven figures.
Each unit in Arte Surfside features style borrowed from European luxury apartments of the pre-WWII period. Details include private terraces and a bright, open feel that allows the marvelous views to stand out. Materials include travertine and white oak.
A few of the amenities at Arte Surfside: a spa with sauna and steam rooms, a yoga studio and gym, a rooftop tennis court, and a meditation garden. The complex also offers residents direct beach access.
The couple recently paid $31.8 million for a prime lot at Miami’s exclusive “Billionaire Bunker.” The condo lease may therefore be a pied-a-terre while they put on their hard hats and build a waterfront manse.
