Professional athletes Caroline Wozniacki and David Lee listed their mid-rise Miami Beach waterfront residence this winter. The couple is looking for $17.5 million for the condo on Fisher Island, which contains five bedrooms and six baths across 8,430 sq. ft. of living area.

The building complex—Palazzo del Sol—riffs on the Mediterranean lifestyle by incorporating evocative details into the wraparound terraces: ornamental columns, scalloping, a mottled stucco effect enhance the breezy warmth of the ~2,500 sq. ft. of outdoor living area.

The interiors, however, are thoroughly contemporary, and in keeping with the recent completion date of 2016. There’s nary a glossy surface in sight, with matte-finished hardwood, muted warm tones in low-luster paint, and what appears to be soapstone in the kitchen all helping to keep the emphasis on understated. The heart of the indoor living spaces is an expansive living room, which features nearly a full wall of glass overlooking the ocean.

The master suite features a series of notable details, including dual walk-in closets with glass-paned cabinet doors, a bath featuring a shower in bookmatched marble, and a large private terrace.

Lee won the NBA Championship with the Warriors in 2015. Wozniacki, who reached the number one spot in singles in 2010, won the Tour Finals in 2017 and the Australian Open in 2018.
