Los Angeles Lakers star and unrestricted free agent Anthony Davis listed this mansion in Westlake Village last April for $8 million. It took about eight months to sell, but the seven-time NBA All-Star saw the property into the sunset as 2020 transitioned into 2021, passing papers to the new owner for $6.6 million worth of compensation.

The new owner or owners have a 16,000 sq. ft. mansion to ring in the New Year. The house features a large footprint, with living areas generally extending over two levels and broken into connected sections.

Covered terraces and patios, marble floors, and a long list of interior and exterior amenities help define the living style. Inside, a home theater and an indoor basketball court top the list; outside, a pair of water slides that descend from an upper balcony to the large swimming pool is the centerpiece.
