A property owned by Naya Rivera appeared on the open market early this month for $2.695 million. The home in Los Feliz was purchased by the late actress, singer and writer in 2018, according to public records, and listed by her estate.

Measuring 2,762 sq. ft. and containing four bedrooms and three baths, the house begins with a pair of bay windows flanking a recessed entry, and a bit of original millwork: a sunburst pediment above the front door.

Renovations to the shared living spaces have left them contemporary and quite spare, with clean lines—floating shelves, plank hardwood floors, Shaker cabinetry—a few ornamental arches, varied tile and pattern choices, and some very fine color choices: a bath in thunderhead gray, a creative workspace in creamy mid-green, master bath doors in a shade of navy. The staircase’s black risers present a subtle contrast to the wood treads, hinting at the care taken overall in the revision.

The landscaping that borders the property is suitably boisterous. A newly-added pool and a BBQ station complete the outdoor living style.

Rivera passed away last year, at the age of 33.
