Actors Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick recently sold their West Village residence for $15 million, according to The Wall Street Journal. The pair had owned the Manhattan property for about twenty years.
The townhouse’s living areas span 4,200 square feet across three stories. It was completed in the first decade of the last century, and features a red brick exterior. It is one of a series of townhouses that were constructed in 1905.
The residence had been a labor of love for the couple, who invested a great deal of time and money renovating it. However, the couple was given the opportunity to purchase a pair of adjacent townhomes in the same area in 2016, and spent $35 million landing the two properties. They have been transforming those two houses into a single residence in the years since the closings.
