Karlie Kloss and Josh Kushner purchased this Mediterranean-style mansion in Miami Beach late this summer. The couple dropped $21.5 million on the property, which sits on a .6-acre lot overlooking Sunset Lake and the islands beyond.

The house was built in 2009, measures 13,287 sq. ft., and contains six bedrooms and seven baths. Its Italianate exterior is paired with an interior that is warm and modern-inspired; it sold in 2019 for almost ten million dollars under its most recent closing, and the extent of the renovations becomes clear with even a cursory look at what’s on display inside.

Plank hardwood ceilings and natural stone floors are features of the great room. The kitchen boasts a large, L-shaped counter and an inner island, a wine tasting room puts the collection on display, and the living room is completed with recessed track fixtures, built-ins, and a little stage. Wood-framed French and sliding glass doors are plentiful.

The outdoor living areas feature a loggia with a summer kitchen, a pool, a few stretches of lawn, and lush privacy landscaping. A deep-water dock completes the estate.
