‘In Living Color’ creator Keenen Ivory Wayans listed his villa in Tarzana, California, for sale this month for $3.199 million. The property is located in the gated Monte Verde community, and the back of the lot surveys the El Caballero Country Club. It went up in 2004; according to public records, Wayans was the first owner.

The Italianate-inspired house measures about 6,300 sq. ft. Its architectural features include a symmetrical façade and twin garages. Inside, the home is contemporary in layout, boasting a great room with a two-level ceiling capped with a roof light, as well as stone tile floors, exposed beams, and wall niches.
