Margot Robbie’s cute-as-a-button 1951-built cottage in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles is new to the open market this month. The charming little home is being offered at $1.175 million. It sits on a lot with idyllic L.A. postcard views, and contains a pair of bedrooms and a single bath in its 945 sq. ft.

The diminutive bungalow is also a beguiling one, with a façade dressed in white stucco with navy blue awnings, blue shutters, and blue front step balustrade, as well as stepped stucco retaining walls for plantings, which include a pair of rather majestic mature trees.

Inside, the home is finished in soft cool and neutral tones, with dark hardwood floors, built-ins, wainscoting, and a bit of shiplap completing the foundation of the living style. Of the shared living spaces, the kitchen receives a good chunk of the floor plan, and its pleasingly refined in its use of subtle black trim on white, glossy white tile, and just enough stainless.

The master is a little gem, though, and steals the prize in this house. It’d be a tight room without the set of French doors opening onto the property’s marvelous little hidden courtyard and upper terrace.

Robbie voices Flopsy Rabbit in the 2021 release Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway. Her upcoming films also include The Suicide Squad, also starring Idris Elba, John Cena, Sylvester Stallone, and Viola Davis.
