Retired NFL star Jeff Bostic is selling his 12,100 sq. ft. mansion in Duluth, Georgia. New to the market this month, the home comes with an asking price of $2.195 million.

The house was built in 1998, and is a mixed architectural with neoclassical and neo-Palladian elements containing seven bedrooms and nine baths across three levels of living area. The grand entry is preceded by a set of stone steps, culminating in a set of double-doors with etched glass panels and a soaring glass clerestory.

Inside, the home features a detail-rich foyer with a curving floating staircase rising to a catwalk, stone and hardwood floors, ornamental columns in the Ionic style and classical millwork. Colors used include pastel pink and beige, with the sea green wall covering of the dining room and the dark wood paneling of the office adding to the complex first impression.

The shared living spaces contain two fireplaces—one in a stacked stone accent wall that rises to a cathedral peak—as well as towering banks of windows and a second staircase. The bedrooms receive colorful treatments, albeit tastefully so. An unusual degree of care and forethought was taken with the interior design.

Amenities include a media room, a billiards room, and a home gym. Outside, a stone deck overlooks the golf course fairway.
