President Trump’s former campaign manager Brad Pascale recently listed this property in Fort Lauderdale with a $2.997 million asking price. Pascale purchased the property in January of 2019, and paid around $2.4 million for it, according to public records.

The freestanding, 2016-built house sits on a .28-acre waterfront lot. The property boasts 95 feet of canal frontage, and comes with a deeded dock with a boat lift. The patio extends from a covered dining area with a summer kitchen.

Measuring in at a little less than 3,500 sq. ft., the home contains four bedrooms and five baths in its single level of living space; the master features ambient LED accent lighting and French doors that open to the outdoor living area. Interiors are contemporary and quite warm, with hardwood accents including support posts, shelving, and custom cabinetry in the kitchen. Stone floors provide necessary cooling in hotter weather.

Aside from a summer kitchen, outdoor amenities include a pool, a spa, and a wood deck overlooking the water.
