Scott Disick picked up this contemporary farmhouse back in 2017, spending $3.2 million on what was then something of a fixer-upper with plans to renovate and flip.

The home first returned to the open market refreshed and ready for sale about two and one-half years later for $6.9 million, but took an additional year to sell. Still, when it did, Disick pocketed $5.6 million, likely enough to cover the extensive renovation costs, but it remains unclear whether that would have left a tidy seven figures in the net besides.

The home measures about 5,663 sq. ft., and contains five bedrooms. Under Disick’s ownership has received exterior cladding in what appears to be reclaimed timber; a renovation conducted years ago brought a very dramatic flavor to the entry, and the timber gives it a nice context it didn’t have previously.

Inside the home, the rough farmhouse edges of the exterior flourishes give way to a wide-open contemporary feel, with steel-framed windows, plentiful hardwood for warmth, and spare use of accents—naturally-occurring textures-as-ornament is a popular approach for a reason.

Pocketing glass walls open the shared living space and master suite to the outdoor living space, which culminates in a one-two punch of a pool and patio complex and a reclaimed timber pavilion.

Disick bought his house-flipping talent to the small screen with reality series Flip It Like Disick. The show debuted last year on E!
